About this program
The Certified AI Workflow Specialist program is designed for operations professionals and department managers who need to do more than use AI individually — they need to build it into how their team works. This program moves from theory to hands-on construction across twelve hours of structured lab and instruction sessions.
Participants map real workflows from their own organizations, assess which processes are strong candidates for automation, and build working prototypes using no-code tools. By the second half of the program, the focus shifts to rollout: how to document what you have built, how to hand it off to your team, and how to measure whether it is working.
Organizations that complete this program leave with a prioritized workflow inventory, a live automation prototype, and a documented implementation plan their teams can begin executing immediately.
Course curriculum
Each module moves from concept to guided practice, then into a reusable workplace output that teams can apply after the session.
