About this program
The Certified AI Practitioner program is designed for professionals who want to start using AI tools effectively in their daily work — without needing a technical background. The program focuses on practical skill-building across the most common business applications of generative AI, from drafting and summarizing to structured prompting and safe daily use.
Participants work through guided exercises using real examples drawn from their own roles. Each session builds on the last, moving from foundational understanding to applied practice with tangible outputs participants can continue using after the program ends.
By completion, participants leave with a working prompt library, a personal AI workflow toolkit, and practical usage guidelines they can share with their team. This credential is the recommended entry point for individuals and organizations beginning their AI adoption journey.
Course curriculum
Each module moves from concept to guided practice, then into a reusable workplace output that teams can apply after the session.
