  • Apply a structured prompting framework to generate accurate first-draft quotes, scope-of-work descriptions, and client-facing emails.
  • Iterate on AI outputs using feedback loops to match your company's tone, terminology, and Canadian pricing conventions (GST/HST handling, labour rates by province).
  • Build a personal prompt library with at least five reusable templates for recurring tasks such as change-order notices and material procurement requests.
