About this program
The Certified AI Agent Builder program is for organizations that have moved past basic AI use and are ready to build internal tools that work autonomously on their behalf. Participants design, build, and deploy AI assistants powered by organizational knowledge — tools that can answer staff questions, triage requests, draft responses, and complete defined tasks without constant human input.
The program combines instruction with lab time in a hybrid format. Each lab session produces real deliverables: a structured knowledge base, a working assistant prototype, and documented configuration that any team member can maintain. Sessions focus on applied scenarios drawn from participants' own organizational contexts.
Completion of LL-202 or equivalent workflow automation experience is recommended before enrolling. Participants who complete this program are prepared to serve as internal AI infrastructure leads — the people responsible for building and maintaining their organization's AI tooling.
Course curriculum
Each module moves from concept to guided practice, then into a reusable workplace output that teams can apply after the session.
