About this program
The Certified AI Transformation Professional is Lumera Learning's capstone credential, designed for executives, operations directors, and HR leaders who are accountable for AI adoption across an organization. The program focuses on the leadership layer of AI implementation: how to build a roadmap, govern responsible use, develop workforce capability, and communicate strategy to boards and senior stakeholders.
Unlike earlier credentials in the pathway, this program is structured around organizational deliverables rather than individual skill development. Each module produces a section of the participant's AI implementation plan — a live document that grows throughout the program and is ready to present at completion.
Participants may enroll as individuals or as organizational cohorts. The enterprise cohort format is designed for organizations that want their leadership team to complete the program together, aligning on a shared roadmap in real time rather than returning separately and attempting to reconcile different frameworks later.
Course curriculum
Each module moves from concept to guided practice, then into a reusable workplace output that teams can apply after the session.
