Certificate & Assessment Policy

Lumera Learning certificates are issued to participants who satisfy the attendance, participation, practical exercise, and administrative requirements associated with the relevant program or credential level.

01

Completion requirements

Participants must complete required sessions and, where applicable, submit or demonstrate the practical exercises, deliverables, projects, workflow artifacts, assistant prototypes, implementation plans, or assessment activities identified for the relevant program.

02

Participation expectations

Lumera Learning programs are designed around active learning. Participants are expected to attend sessions, engage respectfully, complete assigned activities, follow responsible-use expectations for AI tools, and participate in practical exercises that demonstrate applied understanding.

03

Assessment approach

Assessment may include attendance, instructor observation, completion of exercises, practical outputs, project review, participation in labs, or other program-specific evidence of applied capability. Assessment methods may vary by credential level, delivery format, and cohort structure.

04

Credential records

Lumera Learning may maintain internal credential records that include participant name, program title, credential level, completion status, credential number, cohort reference, and other information needed for administrative recognition and verification.

05

Assessment and participation standards

Lumera Learning may withhold, delay, revoke, or correct a credential where participation is incomplete, required applied work is missing, submitted work is not sufficient, identity or registration information is inaccurate, academic or professional conduct concerns arise, or administrative obligations related to program completion have not been satisfied.

06

Verification and replacement

Credential verification is intended to confirm completion of a Lumera Learning program. Requests to verify, correct, or replace a certificate may require reasonable identifying information and review against Lumera Learning's internal records.

07

Verification and representation

Lumera Learning certificates reflect successful completion of a Lumera Learning professional training program. They should not be represented as an academic degree, professional license, government approval, regulatory designation, or third-party accreditation unless Lumera Learning explicitly states otherwise in writing.

08

Employer-sponsored participants

For corporate cohorts, Lumera Learning may provide appropriate completion or attendance information to the sponsoring organization where the organization arranged or funded the training. The scope of any reporting may be addressed during cohort planning or contracting.
